I was very impressed with the 24 hr. Launch and all it recommended to kick start my metabolism! I especially got a jolt from the morning hot shot and intend on incorporating that in my diet routine. And also will include the evening elixir nightly! I felt so relaxed and calm and ready for a good night’s sleep.
Overall, I will be using these recipes and tips from the launch to rev up my metabolism and giving me more energy! So glad I joined the journey!

The 24 hour metabolism boost was just what I needed to get myself motivated to stay on track with my diet and exercise. I was afraid that not having my morning coffee would discourage me but the hot shot was just what I needed to get my day started. The grocery list was most helpful and all the recipes were delicious. I’m still making the lemon turmeric dressing and baked salmon every week. I felt great all day with plenty of energy and wasn’t even hungry. Watching the podcast on the liver function really made me understand how important healthy eating and exercise really are. I will definitely repeat the boost anytime I’m afraid of falling off track. I followed the 24 Hour Metabolic Launch. The Green Goddesss shake was great! Power lunch was right up my alley! Too full to finish it so skipped the afternoon snack. Loved evening smoothie. I know I didn’t follow precisely but tweaked the days menu for me. Since I loved the shakes, I did order the variety. And I also ordered the variety bars. I think 1/2 bar will be great for an after dinner desert for me.

Even though I have always tended to eat a “healthy” diet, this book taught me that there’s always room for improvement and it doesn't need to be a painful experience . Theres something for everyone whether its exercise, diet, mental wellness. It's a great book written with a passion and enthusiasm for good health that comes from their combined years of experience in health and wellness training. Their shared personal stories in each chapter make it relatable to the readers.
Keep this one with your cookbooks for a quick reference. Give as a gift to family and friends and let them know you care about them and encourage them to lead a healthy life.

I highly recommend Stop Chasing Wellness, Create it, to anyone looking to make a change in their eating habits. After decades and decades of thinking I know what to eat. This book really changes things for me. The book is jam-packed with so much useful information, that's easy to understand and apply to your life. At the end of each chapter, both Kristin and Gina share their personal thoughts and how they implemented change into their family's lives. I really love hearing how they did it with baby steps it doesn't make the change feel so difficult, scary or overwhelming. ~Shannon
